VJN’s Training on Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy is designed to equip youth with the practical knowledge and skills necessary to start and sustain their own businesses, as well as manage personal and business finances effectively. This training focuses on the foundational aspects of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, business planning, market research, and business management. Participants learn how to identify business opportunities, develop a business plan, and understand the steps required to turn a business idea into a successful enterprise.
In addition to entrepreneurship skills, the training places a strong emphasis on financial literacy, teaching participants how to budget, save, invest, and manage debt, both personally and for their businesses. Financial literacy is key in helping youth make informed decisions about spending, saving, and investing, ensuring they are prepared to navigate the financial challenges that come with starting and growing a business.
The program also includes real-world case studies, interactive workshops, and mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs, providing participants with valuable insights into the practical aspects of running a business. By empowering youth with both entrepreneurial and financial management skills, VJN aims to cultivate a new generation of self-reliant individuals who are equipped to contribute to the economic growth of their communities and create sustainable livelihoods for themselves and others.
