The cultural arts program provides an inclusive platform for more than 200 talented young performers who train weekly at the VJN Cultural Center. Through expressive arts, participants explore cultural identity, self-worth, and leadership.

Beyond festival showcases, the troupe organizes community workshops and cultural exchanges with international youth groups visiting Lake Kivu.
