Theogene serves as the Programs Coordinator at Vision Jeunesse Nouvelle (VJN), supporting the coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the organization's programs and projects. He works with program teams, field staff, partners, and communities to ensure that activities are properly planned, effectively implemented, and aligned with VJN's mission and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Program Coordination: Coordinates the planning and implementation of VJN programs and projects across relevant intervention areas.
- Program Planning: Supports the development of annual work plans, activity schedules, budgets, and implementation strategies.
- Project Implementation: Follows up on program activities to ensure they are delivered effectively and according to approved plans.
- Team Coordination: Coordinates program staff and facilitates collaboration between departments and project teams.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Tracks program progress, outputs, outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Reporting: Coordinates the preparation of program reports, activity reports, success stories, and project documentation.
- Partner Coordination: Supports communication and collaboration with implementing partners, donors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Supports meaningful engagement with beneficiaries and communities throughout program implementation.
- Resource Coordination: Works with relevant departments to ensure that program activities have the necessary human, financial, logistical, and technical resources.
- Quality Assurance: Promotes quality, effectiveness, accountability, and consistency in the implementation of VJN programs.
- Program Documentation: Ensures that program records, evidence, photographs, attendance records, reports, and other documentation are properly maintained.
- Learning & Improvement: Identifies good practices, implementation challenges, and lessons that can inform future programs and organizational planning.
