Adrien serves as the School Manager of Vision Jeunesse Nouvelle Vocational Training Center (VTC), providing day-to-day leadership and administrative oversight of the training center. Key Responsibilities & Duties
- School Leadership & Management: Provides overall day-to-day leadership and coordinates the effective functioning of the VTC.
- Academic & Training Oversight: Supports the effective organization and delivery of vocational training programs and learning activities.
- Staff Coordination: Coordinates teaching and support staff, promotes teamwork, and follows up on staff performance and responsibilities.
- Student Management: Oversees learner registration, attendance, discipline, welfare, and general student affairs.
- School Administration: Ensures proper management of school records, schedules, facilities, correspondence, and administrative processes.
- Training Quality Assurance: Supports the maintenance of quality standards across vocational training programs.
- Industry & Community Engagement: Strengthens relationships with relevant employers, industry stakeholders, community partners, and other institutions to support practical training and employment opportunities.
- Resource Management: Oversees the appropriate use and maintenance of school facilities, equipment, tools, and other learning resources.
- Planning & Reporting: Coordinates school plans, activities, meetings, reports, and institutional documentation.
- Policy Implementation: Ensures that school activities and operations follow VJN policies, education and TVET requirements, and institutional procedures.
- Student Development: Promotes an environment that supports learners' technical skills, professional discipline, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
