- Developing and maintaining monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tools, and indicators for ongoing projects

- Conducting field visits to assess project implementation and data quality
- Preparing monitoring reports, dashboards, and evaluations for management, partners, and donors
- Identifying gaps and challenges in program delivery and recommending improvements
- Supporting staff and field agents in data collection practices and reporting standards
- Contributing to organizational learning by documenting lessons learned and best practices
