Rubavu District | Rubavu Music Awards & Talent Detection Edition II Today marked the official launch of the 2-day Youth Talent Development Camp, bringing together the district-level winners of Talent Detection Edition 2 in Rubavu District for an intensive experience designed to help them turn raw talent into real opportunity.

The Youth Talent Development Camp was designed precisely for that purpose: to equip young talents with the practical skills and knowledge they need to transform their talents into sustainable sources of income and real opportunities.
